6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • returned in original packaging (where possible)

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a reduced refund if an item is returned used, damaged, or not in a resaleable condition (unless faulty).

Return Shipping Costs (Customer-Paid)

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • the reason for return

7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@graciousglowstudio.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • colors and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, and lighting

  • handmade products may have minor natural variations

  • product availability may change without notice

If a product you order is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer either:

  • an alternative product (where appropriate and agreed)
