Are the candles completely unscented?

They are made without added fragrance oils or essential oils. Natural waxes can still have their own subtle wax character, especially beeswax.

What is the difference between Pure Soy and Clean Bee?

Pure Soy is our soy wax candle range. Clean Bee is our 100% beeswax candle range. Both are made without added fragrance.

What wick is used?

Gracious Glow Studio candles use lead-free cotton wicks.

How long do the candles burn?

Burn time varies by jar size, wick care, room conditions and how long each burn is. We only publish specific burn-time numbers when they are confirmed for the product.

Where are they made?

Our candles are hand-poured in Northern Ireland.

Are the jars reusable?

The amber glass jars can be cleaned and reused for non-food storage after the candle is finished. Stop using the candle when around 10mm of wax remains and let the vessel cool fully before cleaning.

Are the candles suitable for children, pets or fragrance-sensitive homes?

All candles are open flames and must be used carefully. We do not add fragrance, but we cannot guarantee suitability for every home, person, child or pet. Keep burning candles away from children and pets and stop use if you notice discomfort.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

What happens if an item arrives damaged?
