At Gracious Glow Studio, we’re delighted to send our handcrafted candles to customers in the UK, Europe, the United States, and Australia.

Please read the information below before placing your order.


 

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe

  • United States

  • Australia

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@graciousglowstudio.com and we’ll do our best to help.


 

2. Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods (such as launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.


 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options are shown at checkout based on your location.

UK Orders

Available options may include:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) – estimated 2–4 working days

  • Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) – where available

If you select next day delivery, please note this applies after your order has been processed and dispatched.

International Orders (Europe, US & Australia)

International tracked shipping options are available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and courier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided as a guide only.


 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • parcel weight/size

  • selected shipping method

You will see the shipping cost before completing your order.


 

5. Tracking

Where a tracked shipping option is selected, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


 

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.

We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.


 

7. Delays

We do our best to dispatch and deliver on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • courier delays

  • customs processing

  • adverse weather

  • strikes or service disruptions

  • peak seasonal periods

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.


 

8. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@graciousglowstudio.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


 

9. Lost, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@graciousglowstudio.com as soon as possible with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos (for damaged items/packaging)

We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
